Lots of examples of good and bad speeches. It will give you an idea of what is said and how. Start preparing early and practice reading it over and over and over. That way, on the day of, you'll be familiar with the words and ideas and won't be as nervous. If you have LOTS of time, you might join Toast Masters in your area- they will help.
